Graduation stole sales are final.
Custom apparel (screen printing, DTG, DTF, embroidery) is not eligible for refund. In the event we make a terrible error in printing your shirts, we will work with you on a case by case basis. We encourage you to check the quantities of the garments received. The Press Company, LLC cannot be held accountable for defects or problems with your order unless contacted within 24 hours of delivery.

For tangible product purchases received damaged, such as wood products (letters/logos), you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your tangible item purchase for up to 14 days. Please contact us to request your refund.
