Shipping policy

On-site pickup at one of our locations is free. Shipping time is not included in turnaround time.  The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location.  If the incorrect address was provided and confirmed by the customer and the order was already shipped, the customer will be required to cover the new shipping cost to re-ship.   Signatures are required on orders exceeding $5,000.  If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us with your inquiries at the information listed on our website.
